Scope and contact

This notice explains data handling for nevect.com, its documentation, account and licensing services, and support. For privacy questions or requests, contact Nevect at support@nevect.com.

Your self-hosted tracking installation is a separate environment. You are responsible for the campaign data you collect there, the services you connect, and the notices and permissions required for your visitors. This website notice does not replace your own campaign privacy notice.

Information used to provide the service

• Accounts and security: email address, a password hash, session identifiers and security records support sign-in, account protection and abuse prevention.
• Installations and licenses: Tracker IDs, installation and binding information, license status, expiry and license-check records let us provide and troubleshoot activation and renewal.
• Orders and payments: selected plans, amounts, currencies, order references, payment status and provider transaction references are used to process purchases and maintain account records. The selected payment provider handles its checkout and payment credentials under its own policies.
• Support: we process the messages, contact details and diagnostic information you choose to send. Do not send passwords, secret keys or private installation tokens.
• Website delivery and security: our hosting and security services process request information, which can include IP addresses, URLs, browser headers and timestamps, to deliver the site and investigate errors or abuse.

Cookies, language settings and acquisition measurement

The site uses cookies for sign-in, security, invitations and acquisition attribution. A language preference is stored in a cookie and browser storage. An attribution identifier helps connect a website entry to registration, trial activation, binding and a first paid order so we can understand which pages lead to customers.

The attribution payload records source, medium, campaign, content, the landing-page path and the referring hostname. It does not send the full referring URL, advertising click IDs, private installation tokens or payment-return parameters as attribution fields. Request logs are separate from this attribution payload.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking them can affect sign-in, language preferences and attribution. We do not treat the purchase of a license as permission to publish your identity or campaign results.

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare provides website, database, storage, email-routing and security infrastructure. Payment providers process the payment method you select. If you contact us through Telegram, that service also processes the conversation under its own policies. Providers may process information in countries outside your location.

We use information to operate the service, maintain records, answer support requests, measure acquisition and protect the service. Relevant information may also be disclosed when legally required or needed to investigate abuse and protect rights. People handling this information should only access what they need for these tasks.

Retention and your requests

Account, order, license and security records are retained as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. The current acquisition cleanup removes channel-visit records older than 400 days and old visitor records that are no longer associated with account attribution or retained visits. This is not a 400-day deletion promise for all account or order data. Backups and infrastructure logs follow their respective operational retention arrangements.

Contact support@nevect.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise an objection about processing. We may need to verify account ownership and explain any records that must be retained. Rights and response requirements depend on the law applicable to your request.

The date on this page identifies its latest revision. We update this notice when the service's data practices change. Review the current version when choosing to use the service.
