NEVECT
Terms of service
Service scope
These terms describe use of the Nevect website, account and licensing services. Nevect provides self-hosted ad-tracking software and installation, licensing and product support. Contact support@nevect.com about these terms or an order.
The tracking panel runs on your server. Hosting, domains, connectivity, backups and external services are your responsibility unless a separate arrangement expressly states otherwise. See the server requirements before installing.
Accounts and access
Provide an email address you can access, protect your credentials and use accounts and installations you are authorized to manage. Keep private installation commands and API credentials confidential. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware distribution or interference with other systems. You are responsible for your campaigns, destination content, collection of visitor data and compliance with the rules of the advertising platforms and partners you use.
Plans, orders and activation
Review the current plan, full payment amount, currency and license duration shown before checkout. A displayed monthly equivalent, where used in a comparison, does not establish monthly billing. Server hosting and separately billed integrations are additional costs.
Paid orders become available license terms after payment confirmation. Bind the intended Tracker ID, apply the term and verify the resulting expiry. A pending checkout or payment-return page alone does not establish successful payment or an active installation. Free terms are subject to their current availability and account eligibility.
Renewal uses another available term applied to an existing binding. Do not assume a new order automatically extends a particular installation. Follow the licensing guide and check the account's resulting status. Price changes for future purchases do not rewrite an already created order's recorded amount.
Product use, updates and third parties
Use the documented installation and update process and maintain backups appropriate to your workload. Features and integrations have the scope described in the current documentation. Third-party accounts, APIs, fees and policies remain separate; a URL template does not establish an automatic integration with every platform feature.
Reports depend on the clicks, costs, payouts and notifications supplied to the tracker. Test a click and its conversion, then check the cost and payout in your reports before making campaign decisions. Nevect does not guarantee advertising profit, a particular search ranking or a particular conversion rate.
Availability and support
Maintenance, network failures, provider outages or configuration errors can interrupt access. Keep a usable recovery process for your self-hosted installation. Support can help investigate product, account, activation and payment issues; share the relevant order reference or diagnostic details without exposing secrets.
Access may need to be restricted to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Contact support if a restriction appears incorrect. Any rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Privacy and changes
The privacy notice explains the information processed by the website and account services. The revision date on this page identifies the current terms. Review relevant updates before making a new purchase or changing your use of the service; contact us if anything is unclear.
