Account & licensing
Bind and activate an installation
Bind a Tracker ID, apply an available term and verify the expiry.
Find the Tracker ID
The installer reports a Tracker ID for the installation. Keep the ID associated with the correct server. A new installation and an existing installation are not interchangeable merely because they run the same version.
Bind it to your account
- Sign in to My account.
- Check Discovered installations for a server installed with your personalized command. Use Bind only for an installation you recognize.
- Alternatively, paste its UUID-format ID in Bind a Tracker manually and submit.
- Review My bindings to confirm the intended ID is present.
Apply a term
Choose an available plan. A completed order creates an available term in your account; it does not select a machine for you. In Available terms, choose the target installation and click Apply. Check the binding's license state, remaining time and absolute expiry.
For a renewal, apply another available term to the existing binding. Keep the same installation and Tracker ID. Do not reinstall to add license time.
Continue your first setup
After applying the term, confirm that the full Tracker ID matches the intended server, the binding shows the expected expiry, and the panel reports an active license. A completed order or a row in My bindings alone is not the final activation check.
Continue with tracking domain setup, then create a campaign and verify a click and conversion. Return to the first-setup checklist if you are unsure which checkpoint remains.
Understand common states
A bound installation can still need activation. A pending connection indicates the portal has not yet observed the expected license communication; check the panel and network before assuming the ID is wrong. Disabled or restricted licenses need investigation through support.
Unbinding
Use Unbind only after confirming which server the ID belongs to. Unbinding affects that installation's access; it is not a backup or a transfer of server data. For an ownership or migration issue, contact support with the relevant ID and account details.
Separate the three operations
| Operation | Result | What it does not prove |
|---|---|---|
| Bind a Tracker ID | The installation belongs to your portal account | An available term has been applied |
| Complete a paid order | A license term becomes available in the account | A particular server has been selected |
| Apply an available term | The selected binding receives license time | The server’s tracking domain or campaign is configured |
Before applying a term, compare the complete Tracker ID with the installer or panel. A friendly name or matching version is not enough to identify a machine. After applying, verify the absolute expiry and the panel’s license response.
Renew the existing installation
Use My bindings to identify the same Tracker ID, purchase the intended term, then apply it from Available terms. Check the resulting remaining time and expiry rather than inferring them from the order status. Do not create a replacement installation just to renew.
If payment was confirmed but a term is not visible, compare the order and payment status first. If the term is available but the panel is inactive, check whether it was applied to the right binding and whether the server can contact licensing. Contact support with the order ID and Tracker ID; omit payment credentials and private installation commands.
Current terms and prices are listed on the pricing page and confirmed again in your account.
