Groups, tags and bulk editing

Organize resources and verify the selection before applying bulk changes.

Checked for Nevect 1.0.6 · Updated

Organize the workspace

Use groups for stable resource organization and tags for cross-cutting labels such as market, funnel or experiment. Choose names your team can interpret consistently. A label helps find data; it does not itself grant access.

Filter and locate

Use the resource list's search, group, source, user and activity filters where present. Set the date range before comparing campaign metrics. A filter can hide an existing resource without deleting it.

Bulk edit

  1. Narrow the list to the intended resources.
  2. Select the rows and verify the selected count.
  3. Open the supported edit action.
  4. Enable only the fields you intend to replace.
  5. Review and save, then inspect representative records.

An unselected field should not be treated as a request to clear it. Read the bulk dialog's field state before submitting; do not assume every value from one resource applies to every selected row.

Check the result

Open affected resources and verify names, destinations and distribution. For live campaign edits, make a controlled click test. Keep separate records or clones for experiments that need a different configuration instead of changing a shared destination unexpectedly.
