Domain reputation checks

Configure the Google API integration and distinguish reputation from DNS health.

What this check covers

The domain-check integration uses the supported Google API to query reputation information. It is separate from DNS resolution, TLS certificate validity and campaign-link reachability.

Configure the key

  1. Obtain a valid API key for the service named in your integration settings.
  2. Enable that service in the appropriate provider project.
  3. Apply restrictions compatible with a request originating from your tracker.
  4. Enter the key in the panel's domain-check integration settings and save.
  5. Run a check for one known domain and inspect the response.

Your Nevect license does not supply a Google API key or cover provider quota and billing.

Interpret the result

A provider warning should be investigated at the provider and the affected site. A request error may instead indicate disabled API access, key restrictions, quota, billing or outbound connectivity. Do not interpret an API failure as a clean reputation result.

Troubleshooting

Keep the check time, domain, HTTP or provider error code and service name. Do not share the API key itself. If the check reports success but a campaign remains unreachable, investigate DNS and HTTPS independently.
