Prepare the external service

Adspect is an optional external integration. You need its account, API key and required server component. A Nevect license does not include the external service account.

Connect the account

1. Open the Adspect account or integration controls in the panel.
2. Add the account and API key in the intended settings.
3. Confirm the required service component is available.
4. Inspect the connection result before enabling it in a campaign.
5. Open the campaign's integration settings and choose the intended account or stream.

Verify the two layers

A successful account connection does not prove a campaign uses the intended detection or destination. Inspect the effective campaign configuration, source request and resulting route. Check the provider's own dashboard for its side of the same request.

Troubleshooting

Distinguish invalid credentials, quota or balance, service unavailability and routing configuration. A provider outage should not be investigated by reinstalling the tracker. Keep the provider response and campaign time; do not include API keys in screenshots.

Changes

Test a new account or stream with a separate campaign configuration. Review the fallback route before disabling a service used by live traffic.
