Operations & troubleshooting
Monitor your installation
Check version, health, resource usage and update status without disrupting tracking.
Open Monitor
Use Monitor in the panel. Check the displayed Nevect version, available system information and component status. Compare a problem's time with the recorded symptoms instead of assuming that a currently green status explains an earlier interruption.
Watch capacity
Monitor CPU, memory and disk alongside traffic volume and retention. Database growth, logs, datasets and backups can consume storage differently. A full filesystem can affect tracking, administration and updates.
Read-only server checks
cd /root/nevect
docker compose ps
df -h
free -h
These inspect the installation. Do not publish full logs or environment output; they can contain credentials or visitor information.
Investigate a service problem
Identify the exact failing component and its recent non-sensitive error. A process marked running is not proof that its HTTP API works. Check the panel, the affected endpoint and the relevant service logs as separate evidence.
Updates and recovery
Use the panel's update workflow and inspect the recorded terminal result. A timeout may leave an update still running. Do not restart all services or reboot merely to refresh a version display. See updates and backups.
