Campaigns & resources
Manage hosted files
Upload campaign assets without exposing private server material.
File workspace
Open Files to manage assets used by your hosted pages. Keep file names and directories organized by page or campaign so that one upload does not unexpectedly replace another page's resource.
Upload and inspect
- Prepare only the files required by the page.
- Upload into the intended folder.
- Confirm the resulting file name and URL.
- Open the public resource URL and check its content type and content.
- Test the page that references it.
File names are case-sensitive on the server. A link to Hero.png does not necessarily resolve to hero.png. Relative paths, archive folder nesting and missing entry files are common causes of broken pages.
Replacing files
Check which active pages use a shared asset before overwriting it. A versioned file name makes a new revision explicit and helps avoid clients retaining an older cached asset. Update references and verify an ordinary page refresh.
Deleting files
Delete only after checking references and retaining a recovery copy. Removing a file is not the same as removing a campaign; a live campaign may still point to the hosted page. Never use the public file workspace for credentials, backups or private exports.
