Reports & optimization
Investigate individual clicks
Use Clicklog to trace source values, destinations and conversion context.
Find the visit
Open Clicklog, set a narrow time range and select the relevant campaign. Use an exact click ID when available. Confirm the timezone before searching around a reported incident.
Inspect the record
Review the tracker click ID, source external ID, tokens, recorded visitor properties, path, lander, offer, cost and conversion fields available in the record. These values explain how the request was interpreted at the time of the visit.
Compare with the actual URL
The saved campaign template describes intended behavior; Clicklog describes a particular recorded visit. Check the final expanded source and offer parameters. A later edit to the campaign does not change what an earlier request contained.
Trace a conversion
Match cnv_id from the partner's postback to the tracker click ID. Then compare payout, statuses and processing results. If the source did not receive a conversion, inspect outgoing postback configuration separately.
Share a useful diagnostic
Record the time, campaign ID, click ID, observed destination and expected outcome. Remove personal data, credentials and unrelated tokens before sharing screenshots or exported rows. Do not publish a complete visitor log when one redacted record is sufficient.
